Cecilia Clarke Consultant cclarke@hwi.co.nz Cec merged her Newmarket firm with HWI in May 2007 to enhance the services available to her clients and to get back a little time for herself. Cec commenced her accounting career 30 years ago with one of the larger accounting firms where she developed a keen interest in tax. She started her own firm in 1991 and has built a practice based on providing a personal service in the areas of tax, trusts, buisness and financial advice.
